Why Become an Apprentice?
Apprenticeships are a valuable developmental experience whether you are a very experienced member of the workforce or brand new. Whilst learning the latest theories and concepts in your field of work you will also be asked to demonstrate the skills required to implement these. Employers find this learning method very valuable as it develops a workforce that can “do the job” rather than only “know the job”. Apprenticeships can be an acencial part of your professional and career development at no cost to you and are completed during your working hours. The certificate you receive is a fully recognised qualification and is equal to the following levels: Level 2 (GCSEs) Level 3 (A Levels) Level 5 (Undergraduate Degree).
