The Skillwise Leadership and Management course is a 12-15 month qualification designed to meet the needs of both businesses and new or aspiring managers. Our course is designed to provide participants with the communication and motivational skills needed to improve operational efficiency in the private, public and third sectors.

The Skillwise Operations or Department Manager course is a comprehensive 18-23 month qualification designed for experienced managers looking to develop their managerial skills and knowledge to the next level. This course is suited for managers who have multiple teams and senior business responsibilities.

The Skillwise Project Management course is a 15-18 month qualification designed for new or experienced managers, project managers and other specialists looking to add value to their business through implementing and supporting projects.

The Skillwise Business Administrator course is a 12-15 month qualification designed for employees who may have one of several business roles such as administration, finance or project roles. This course covers the skills and knowledge required to enable learners to add valuable insight and professional efficiency to their organisation.

The Skillwise Customer Service course is a 12-15 month qualification designed to improve professionalism in Customer Service and operational efficiency. This course covers a variety of topics allowing learners to develop their own skills and knowledge and implement them into their roles and the wider organisation.

Our Delivery Options

Private Group

A flexible option that is also available is our online course being delivered through our learner management system BUD and supported by your tutor. This is where all the learning and interactions are completed remotely online at a time and pace to suit you and your business needs. The same high-quality learning material is still available in this format. The course will include online coaching sessions, 1-to-1 discussions and learner reviews with your tutor. This will be completed with the use of Teams and virtual meetings. Your tutor will be on hand to support you throughout your studies and you will be able to contact them when you need assistance.

Public Group

We offer Public Group Delivered Apprenticeships. This is where apprentices will come from different businesses, allowing the opportunity for external networking. This course has been designed to provide access to developmental opportunities for as wide a range of individuals as possible. Public group learning is valuable because it promotes access to education for a diverse range of people. It can foster a sense of community, and engagement and contribute to personal and professional development. The course will include face-to-face taught sessions, coaching sessions, 1-to-1 discussions and learner reviews with your tutor. This will all be done using a variety of face-to-face learning, on our online system BUD, and the use of Teams and virtual meetings. Your tutor will be on hand to support you throughout your studies and you will be able to contact them when you need assistance.

Online Learning

We offer Private Group Delivered Apprenticeships. This is where you may have an internal group of 6 or more learners that would benefit from studying together simultaneously either at your premises or an external location. This course has been designed to provide a more tailored approach for your business and allows for internal business networking. Private learning can be valuable as our tutors can tailor the teaching to best suit the needs of your business by incorporating your current objectives. The course will include face-to-face taught sessions, coaching Sessions, 1-to-1 discussions and learner reviews with your tutor. This will all be done using a variety of face-to-face learning, on our online system BUD, and the use of Teams and virtual meetings. Your tutor will be on hand to support you throughout your studies and you will be able to contact them when you need assistance.
